I created this project in my sixth semester to fulfill my university requirements. I served as a Full-stack Developer. This platform is a decision support system designed to determine employee salary bonuses at CV Kharisma Gina Dental Lab. This system combines two methods: AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and TOPSIS (Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution). AHP is used to determine criteria weights based on the preferences and importance of the assessment factors. TOPSIS is used to rank employees based on predetermined criteria, resulting in more objective decisions regarding salary bonus awards. This website simplifies the evaluation and decision-making process in a systematic and measurable manner. This platform only has one access role that can be used to input employee data and perform calculations.
